Live one-hour Webinar!
April 8th, 2026
Start time: 12:00 pm CST
In the modern healthcare landscape, administrative tasks absorb nearly a quarter of annual spending. Clinicians and administrators are increasingly buried in repetitive "busy work"—from manual patient intake to the high-friction process of prior authorizations—that contributes to significant burnout. We will explore how to reclaim valuable clinical hours by turning manual drudgery into secure, self-running processes.
Learning Objectives:
1. Identify Automation Opportunities: Learn to spot the highest-impact areas for automation, such as appointment scheduling, billing, and referral management.
2. Streamlining the Patient Journey: See examples of automated patient intake and insurance eligibility verification that reduce waiting room bottlenecks.
3. AI in Healthcare Admin: Understand how AI and ambient listening can assist with documentation and clinical notes, reducing busy work for providers.
Target Audience:
• Private practice owners and office managers looking to scale without adding staff.
• Compliance and IT leaders seeking secure ways to connect fragmented healthcare systems.
• Nurses and clinicians tired of manual data entry and "death by a thousand clicks".
