• Accurately code and document common office procedures   
• Identify the correct codes for FNA vs core needle or percutaneous needle biopsies  
• Identify the correct codes for skin biopsy codes based on instruments used   
• Apply documentation detail to correctly determine depth of tissues for debridement, benign vs malignant, and complexity of closure   
• Recognize what documentation is needed to support complexity of repairs and adjacent tissue transfer procedures
